With a unique blend of medical expertise and wellness training, I bring a distinctive perspective to helping individuals, couples and families flourish. My journey began with earning my medical degree, followed by four years of psychiatry residency in Romania, where I developed a deep understanding of mental health and human behaviour.
My Approach

I believe that real healing happens when we look at the whole person—mind, body and spirit working together. Rather than focusing solely on what's wrong, I love helping people discover their unique strengths and build on what's already working in their lives. My approach blends different therapeutic methods with practical coaching techniques, all grounded in science but delivered with genuine care.
